Structure
This equipment is made up with extraction tank, condenser, cooler, oil/water separator, filter and circulation pump.
Working Principle
- 1. Extraction process is decoction, plant material be soaked in tank, heated by steam, extract effective constituents.
- 2. Extraction duration is vary from plant material. Plant material volume should not over 2/3 of equipment capacity.
- 3. When extracting essential oil, vapor be condensed and cooled, then go through oil/liquid separator, light oil be collected from upper nozzle. heavy oil be collected from bottom nozzle.
- 4. Extracted liquid be pumped to evaporator for concentration process.
